1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to kg7709. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and kg7709 (hereinafter "kg7709," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the kg7709 website located at kg7709.cam and all associated services, mobile applications, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any kg7709 services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations pertaining to online gambling, including but not limited to regulations established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• Account Limitation: You may register only one account with kg7709. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual or household are strictly prohibited.
• Prohibited Persons: You may not register or use kg7709 services if you are employed by kg7709, a competitor, a game provider, or any affiliate, or if you have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform.

kg7709 reserves the right to request documentation verifying your identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access gaming services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any changes occur.

During registration, you will create a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kg7709 will never ask you to disclose your password. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You agree to:

• Keep your username and password secure and confidential;
• Not share your account credentials with any third party;
• Immediately notify kg7709 of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach;
• Log out of your account after each gaming session, especially when using shared or public devices;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for enhanced security.

kg7709 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

kg7709 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit identification documents including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method verification. kg7709 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

kg7709 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and other payment methods as listed on the Platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your kg7709 account originate from a legitimate source and are not derived from illegal or fraudulent activities. kg7709 reserves the right to refuse deposits or request source-of-funds documentation if suspicious activity is detected.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made through the Platform using the same payment method used for deposits, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. kg7709 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though processing times may be longer for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding ₱50,000.

Before processing withdrawals, kg7709 may require you to wager deposited funds at least once (1x wagering requirement) to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals may be subject to verification checks, and additional documentation may be requested.

kg7709 reserves the right to charge transaction fees on withdrawals as disclosed on the Platform. Any fees will be clearly communicated before you confirm your withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

kg7709 offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are clearly displayed on the promotions page and must be reviewed before claiming any offer.

Key Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and may not be abused or exploited;
• Each player, household, IP address, and payment method is entitled to one bonus claim per promotion;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash;
• kg7709 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts in cases of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or irregular play patterns;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged, or combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms;

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the kg7709 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers and operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. kg7709 does not manipulate game results in any way.

Fair Play Requirements: Players agree to engage in fair and honest gameplay. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games;
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or errors;
• Engaging in fraudulent activities, including chargeback fraud;
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations or claim bonuses multiple times;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your location or identity;
• Any other activity that violates the spirit of fair play or these Terms.

In the event of game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. kg7709 reserves the right to void bets, confiscate winnings, and close accounts in cases of proven cheating, fraud, or violation of fair play principles. Decisions made by kg7709 regarding rule violations are final and binding.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express written permission from kg7709.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, kg7709, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF kg7709 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

kg7709's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is lower.

kg7709 is not responsible for: (a) interruptions or errors in service caused by third-party service providers, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events; (b) unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials; (c) decisions made by third-party game providers regarding game outcomes; or (d) losses incurred as a result of your gambling activities.

10. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting kg7709 customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance in your account, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

kg7709 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable law;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity;

Upon termination by kg7709, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the closure is due to fraud, bonus abuse, or other violations of these Terms. kg7709 will make reasonable efforts to return legitimate funds to players whose accounts are closed for administrative reasons.

11. Changes to Terms

kg7709 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of kg7709 services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the kg7709 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting kg7709 customer support at [email protected]. We are committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly through our internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
